01
What it is
We clear the trough by hand, then run water down every downspout to prove it drains. Debris leaves with us. Most call-outs we see started as one packed elbow nobody checked.
02
What it fixes
- Water spilling over the front edge in rain
- A downspout that stays dry in a downpour
- Staining or rot on the fascia board
- Water pooling against the foundation
- Ice building at the eave in winter
- Seedlings or grass growing in the trough
03
How we work
- Scooped by hand into buckets, never blown off the roof.
- Every downspout water-tested before we pack up.
- Walkways rinsed, all debris off the property.
- Blocked downspouts cleared at the elbow, not poked at from the top.
04
What you get
- Before and after photos of every run
- Anything we found, with photos
- A flat written price for any repair
- All debris bagged and taken off the property
- Downspouts confirmed flowing before we leave
05
When to book
Twice a year: late October or November, and April or May. Under mature maples or pines, add a third visit. Debris left over winter freezes solid and cannot be removed safely. Book the fall visit early; it is our busiest stretch of the year.
