West Island

What we see here

Canopy directly over the roof

Where trees overhang rather than stand beside, debris does not blow clear and one autumn fills a trough. These properties often need three visits, and we will say if yours does not.

Valleys concentrate the water

A valley funnels two roof planes into one short length of gutter. That section overflows first, blocks first and defeats guards first. It is the first thing we look at when overflow happens in one spot only.

Two and three storey elevations

Longer ladders, more setup per section, proper standoffs. Slower than a bungalow, and a quote that ignores the height is a quote someone means to rush.
